What you have to remember in life is that everything is made better with chocolate. I revisited my/The Londoner’s low-cal brownie recipe today as I had an idea on how to make it better and dammit, I did.
You’ll need:
3/4 cup Low fat creme fraiche
1/4 cup Skimmed milk
1/2 cup Cocoa powder
3/4 cup Rolled oats
1/4 cup Agave
1/4 cup Honey
1 medium egg
1 tsp Baking powder
Pinch of salt
Blend the oats into a flour/powder and pour into a bowl. Add the baking powder first and mix it through. Throw in all the other ingredients and mix with a spoon. Baked at 200c for 30mins. It will come out gooey, that’s the syrupy sugar substitutes, it does firm up a little when cooled. I’ve eaten most of my batch, alone. Not so low-cal now.
