Last night we went for dinner with friends (it happened to be my second meal of the evening, but never mind that) at Sartori near Leicester Square. It was recommended to us and we were immediately sold when we heard they serve up a meter long pizza. What could be better than that?

Apologies for the grainy image, I didn’t bring our camera with us and my phone takes terrible low light images.

As there were four of us we ordered a meter pizza to share and it was glorious. It was like staring down at pizza heaven but what’s more, it was really good. The dough was light and fluffy with a lovely chewiness to it and the tomato sauce tasted really fresh with proper mozzarella stretching out across our plates. Our waiter advised us on the wine and I cannot remember what it was, all I can tell you was that it was the red that was 3rd on the list. As you can tell I’m a true aficionado.

The only negative was the bathroom needed some tlc but if you don’t need to use the facilities it’s hardly something to worry about.

Between four of us the bill came to £70, under £20 each. Not bad at all.

Now, all I need is a big enough oven so I can make meter long pizzas at home.

  1. Whats up this is somewhat of off topic but I was wondering if blogs use WYSIWYG editors or if you have to
manually code with HTML. I’m starting a blog soon but have no
coding know-how so I wanted to get advice from someone with
experience. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    1. has everything set up so you don’t have to code but you can if you want to. Most sites are really easy to use, coding is great for personalising and you can learn it from internet tutorials if you want to make something your own.

      Hope that helps.
