Easy soufflé. Seriously.

I made this by accident once and it hasn’t failed me since. It’s so ridiculously easy to make and makes you look like a master chef.

All you’ll need is:

3 eggs

Tablespoon of low fat creme fraiche

salt and pepper for seasoning

oil for pan

This quantity served one hungry, post-exercise, man.

Pre-heat oven to 200c and pop in your lightly oiled pan to warm up. Whisk together all the ingredients until creamy, pour them into the pan, place in the oven and leave for 10 minutes or so, you need to keep an eye on it. When it’s doubled in size I then pop on the oven and grill function and that’s what makes it really rise and turn golden. Voila, you’re a kitchen marvel.

My washing machine was on and the vibrations made it sink fast. Do not make when your washing machine is on a spin cycle.

It was still gorgeously light and fluffy though, I barely had time to take this photo before it was eaten.
