As I’m sure I’ve mentioned, I love Etsy so very much. I’ve already ordered some Ikat cushions and since then I’ve been trawling through to find some little collectibles to help decorate our new flat. I know the shipping costs can be a pain but just think of the small businesses you’re supporting and you won’t care so much. Also, I’m sure it still works out cheaper than buying the same bowl, vase or clock from Habitat that all your mates have. It would also appear that my favourite vintage finds are from the Ukraine.
I think every house needs a teeny copper watering can.
Adry Vintage does gorgeous clocks, although I don’t think any of them work.
I’m just realising how much I like clocks. This one works, which is probably why it costs more.
This antique perfume bottle would look beautiful on a dressing table.
A lovely decorative item unless you speak Russian. It would look so pretty with a hanging plant on top on a kitchen shelf.
I need these opera glasses so I may wait until I’ve bought them before I post this…
These vintage postcards would look so beautiful framed and hung together.
Blue mason jars are really lovely.
Seeing as no one has air con in the UK and it’s too hot at night to sleep a stylish fan is a must.
Love this shade of blue.
Little ring box.
I am totally in love with this mirror… I may buy it before you can.
I adore Emily Henderson’s website, she has great tips on styling and she does incredible home makeovers. I recommend you take a look at her site for ideas on how to style your home with your vintage finds. Happy shopping!
UPDATE: Since posting this I bought something and I now have a £5 voucher for anyone who wants to use it: http://etsy.me/1sUKGU0
Also, I’ve been over-trawling and I’ve expanded my Etsy want list. You can follow it here: https://www.etsy.com/uk/people/josieboyce/favorites/items-i-love?ref=favs_index_1
